Julianne and Adam must be busy with the new puppy have not heard from her and their one year anniversary is at the end of August. Stephen is slowly getting the sight back in his left eye. Has to see a different eye surgeon tomorrow the one that did his surgery is on vacaation this week. They have to get the pressure down more in his left eye. The new drops are helping. One of the two bedroom units out here just sold for $367,000 that is just crazy. I am still looking to sell but nothing to buy in this market still. I think my upstairs neighbors may have moved some things out this past weekend there was a moving truck and a lot of boxes.

YOu know how your daughter is, she'll get in touch eventually. Just a reminder, it is THEIR anniversary, you don't have to send them anything. A card is more then enough.

I hope Stephen continues to improve.

Is it possible that the neighbors are moving out? I still think you need to look for something else with no one above or below you. But their moving would make it better for you for awhile

I am still looking for something else I have a real estate agent that I have been working with he sends me daily the listings that are in my price range. And then he will also sell this unit for me. I have to replace the bathroom vanity picked out one in home depot have to get the board' s approval and also have to pick out a sink top and facets its for the small bathroom that I retiled the floor on a few years ago. I am looking at townhouses if I can find one. And Julianne will not give me her new address so I can't send an anniversary card. Stephen and I bought her and adam plenty of wedding gifts already including a mixer from Amazon that she wanted for the kitchen. My porch also needs to be repaired I have had a ticket in to repaint and replace a railing for the past three years and nothing gets done. And yes it did look like the upstairs neighbors moved out. And the front steps leading to my unit are half done they started but they claim because of covid that they cannot get the bricks so there are wood planks to walk on to get upstairs to my unit. I pay good money in common fees and nothing gets done. This condo board is difficult to work with the prior one when I moved in was fine. What is nice about this condo is that its right across the street to the grocery the library a subway the bank, a great Italian Restaurant, and the town hall. One unit just sold for $367,000 one of the larger two bedrooms and that is outrageous for out here!
