Northbrook Condos in Monroe

Today I go with my real estate agent to look at a condo there the grounds are beautiful they are townhouses I can afford them. They are one town over my girlfriend Carol who I have known since high school lives in Monroe. So I am looking forward to seeing this complex. Frontier can still not fix my phone they come again next Saturday. And if I can get my contractor who does work for me I will be replacing the bathroom sink/vanity in the second bathroom its cracked and needs to be replaced but I have to submit paperwork to the board of directors waiting for that to show up. I need approval before I can do any renovations. Sketch of the project and proof of insurance and license of the contractor submitted. I do not see a problem with that.

So we're curious. How did that look? Is it in another HOA? Or are you looking for somewhere that doesn't tell you what to do with your property?

It is another HOA community there was one that might be a possibility but its furnace room was very small and the water heater was situated right in front of the furnace with no room to get to the furnace without removing the water heater So I would be hesitant about it one unit looked like hoarders lived there it was piled with stuff everywhere they even left uneaten pumpkin pie and nutella and bread on the kitchen table. And another unit I did not like at all. I will keep looking. The first unit was priced right for an end unit though. There are 310 units in this complex its the next town from me and my girlfriend Carol and her husband Victor live there. I have known Carol since high school. I could not believe that an agent would list that second unit that had "stuff" and food etc. all over the place! Neither could my agent.

There are very few houses for sale around here in my price range.
