next week I get my kitchen and dining area redone with vinyl plank flooring like the rest of the condo and had he hall entryway done yesterday also waiting for the correct blind to come in for the dining room and then I am done with this place for a while. have to do mechanicals but they are still alright just did repairs power wash and stain on the outside deck that looks nice
