Getting the linen closet in the condo painted today it was all full of scratches. Steve painted some of it but it does not look good. agent wants to have a photographer in to take pictures of an empty unit he can do that I still have to get the carpets cleaned and schedule that. He scheduled the photographer the day I have the maid service come in so he has to change it. Will do listing papers tomorrow.he has it down on the photographers info as $375,000 he told me $360,000 - $380,000 we shall see tomorrow my theory is 380 and I can always go down. Things are hectic and unit #170 upstairs are just horrible.

Housing market is changing so fast lately. Hope yours sells very fast.

I hope so to The photographer will be here the day after the maids. These units usually or have been selling quickly. I do the listing papers tomorrow for the condo in the morning. If it was not for the upstairs neighbors I would have stayed. But all noise is heard downstairs where I am. The week after we move out is also two open houses on Saturday and Sunday so we shall see what happens there are no condos for sale currently in Trumbull. Wish me luck with the listing papers tomorrow!

Karson and Jake just bought a home. 13 before that were sold out from underneath them, some before they were out of the house looking at it. One they went for coffee to decide and it was sold after a cup of coffee. Right now things are going very fast. Hopefully upstairs people are gone when they show yours

The kids yesterday went to school yesterday so I had peace and quiet. The realtor is coming today at 11 so it should be quiet.Yes houses are going fast and you have to make split decisions on a property if you want it. Another unit came up for sale at my old complex I could have afforded it, but it was the handicap unit. So I decided not to look at it.There will be others once I sell. I am looking at a variety of towns and several different towns not just around here, but where we are going. Steve grew up in Hamden that is another possibility for a condo And Julianne did not like the fact that I am moving, I did just do a lot of improvements hope that I can get a good price the units out here are selling over listing. One last thing that I should have done is stretch the carpeting in one or two spots its wall to wall but the carpet store never got back to me with a quote that I would have used. Glad that Karson and Jake bought a house!
