My plumber was here this morning, and installed new faucets as well as a new vanity top for the second bathroom in the condo there were all spider web cracks in the one that was there, probably the original from 1989 and Stephen used it and the cracks just got worse. That bathroom looks nice, it has a new sink top, faucets, the tile was done on the floor a few years ago and a new commode was put in. Plus that second bedroom as well as the closet was just painted. That is all that I am going to do to get this place ready for sale. except for cleaning the carpets and move out cleaning and moving. There currently are no condos for sale here in this complex or in Trumbull at the moment. I list with my agent on 9/5 and we sign the apt lease on 9/6, the movers come to pack on 9/7 and I lose my cable, landline and internt, and we move 9/8 so a lot will be coming up. I was told by chat for xfinity that I cannot keep my landline number that I have will have to go to the xfinity store to set up service, and the week of the 11th cancel Frontier. I am having the internt drop on my computer so they are coming out friday they also do not want any of their equipment back so it gets recycled some of the TV boxes are old AT&T boxes. Now to get this place in shape to show and sell it Ken had a price range of $360,000-$380,000 my instincts say stay high I could always go down they are selling in the 400,000 range out here. My property taxes on this unit and its not one of the big ones is 7,000 but I get a town senior discount! I paid $265,000 for it so I will make money!
