Well the peace and quiet here is gone. My upstairs neighbors are back. The housing market is still crazy and I lost money in the stock market so I can't buy another condo and sell this one right now. Plus even if I could the prices for what you can buy are outrageous. I have been trying to find a bathroom contractor to replace the vanity in my second bedroom bathroom and the contractors are all busy I am waiting to hear from a company in Fairfield, maybe by next week. The sink is cracking so that is why I have to replace it. The contractor that I usually use for repairs was supposed to send in his license and insurance information to my property management company for approval and he will not even respond! So eventually the bathroom project may get done I am not in a rush. I also wanted to do the cabinets and countertops in my kitchen but that will have to wait.So for now I have to stay here. I was going to try to buy and then sell this place.

Have you thought of moving out of Trumbull? Even a different state? There might be better options of you're willing to expand where you want to go.

That may be an option I was looking at Shelton which is much cheaper, Trumbull, Monroe where they did have a complex there that I like very much and my girlfriend Carol lives in Monroe, and also Stratford. Right now I do not have enough money to move. Have to wait for a bull stock market again.

That might be awhile. Have you considered renting while you wait so you can seel what you're currently in?

the problem is there is nothing in the area to rent or buy and I do not want to go and live in the area that I used to live in which is Wallingford.
