Julianne and Adam will be getting a new corgi puppy the end of the month. She goes in for some surgery next wee. Stephen goes in for his first cataract surgery on Wednesday. My neighbors have moved back upstairs. I meet with a real estate agent that I am probably going to use. I will liquidate my stocks and mutual funds in one account to buy another condo before I sell this one. Its time to go I have been here since 2014 and I do not like the new property management company's way of running things. Houses are out of my price range unfortunately. The units out here do not stay on the market long and I have done a lot of fix ups. So that is what I will be working on. Buy first and then sell.

RE agents I know are recommending that everyone wait until this fall to start looking. Predictions are that prices will start to fall soon. Not the best time to buy.

I wish Jules and Stephen good luck with their surgeries.

I have the noisy neighbors back upstairs and there are things to buy out here so I will start looking I know its not the best time to buy but I need to move as fast as I can. I can get another condo in the area for the same price as what I can sell this one at.. Stephen's surgery is this Wednesday he has to have cataracts removed on both eyes and he has two detached retinas. Do not know what surgery that Julianne is doing she said she has to stay overnight.
