I gave the lawyer that represents me a deadline of April 30 to close on the 55 plus Hamden CT deal. its a short sale and I need approval from the bank we do not seem to be geting it in the meantime I am still browsing listings.

Just curious, but why are you giving them this much time

what I should have done was give them till the end of March and then get my deposit money back I already told my lawyer till April I don't care at this point if I get the condo or not.
