Condo

In order to replace my vanity in the small bathroom I have to go thru the board of directors. I have the papers for my contractor to fill out just have to get to Home Depot and Lowes to see what I can find. I thought of just replacing the vanity top which is all that needs to be replaced but looking online there is not much in the size that I need. Also trying to stretch the wall the wall carpeting in two spots may have to do that after I sell and move out they want all furniture out of the room and for two areas some of the carpet stores want over $500.00 to do the job! Will call two more companies next week for a quote. There is nothing now to look at in my price range anyway I like Northbrook in Monroe and will also consider Shelton both towns have lower taxes and give seniors a property tax break.
